摘　　要：微小RNA（microRNA,miRNA）是一类非编码单链RNA分子,参与调控细胞的分化、增生、凋亡、机体生长、发育等生物学过程.近年来发现,miRNA与眼科疾病的发生发展密切相关.本文主要对miRNA在眼部的表达及其与眼部相关疾病的研究现状作一综述.MicroRNA （miRNA） is a type of non-coding single strand RNA,which plays a cru cial role in a series of life processes,including cell differentiation,proliferation and apoptosis as well as individual growth and development.Recent studies have identified that microRNA is closely associated with eye diseases.This article mainly reviews the recent progress on the expression of microRNA in eyes and the relationship between microRNA and eye diseases.
