摘　　要：文中以华为公司为例,运用扎根理论的研究方法对战略决策过程的影响因素及结果进行开放式编码、主轴性编码和选择性编码,总结得出高管团队战略决策过程可采用程序理性、政治行为和直觉行为等过程行为特征测量,并最终影响战略决策速度、战略决策满意度和战略决策质量。This paper takes the Huawei company as an example,uses the grounded theory research method to carry on the open coding,the spindle coding and the selective coding to the influence decision result and the result of the strategic decision-making process,concludes that the Top management teams＇ decision-making process can be measured by Procedural rationality,Political behavior and intuitive behavior which TMT adopt during the decision-making process. What＇s more,those behavior will ultimately affect the speed of strategic decision-making,the satisfaction of strategic decision-making and the effectiveness of strategic decision-making.
