摘  要:针对火炮身管振动特性对火炮高低向稳定精度和射击密集度造成的影响,以及身管弹性变形与模态的内在关系,以某型主战坦克火炮身管为例,建立身管结构有限元模型;进行模态分析,得到约束状态下的固有频率和振型;基于LMS测试系统对火炮身管进行模态试验分析;试验与仿真计算结果对比,结果表明:所建身管有限元结构模型能够较好的符合身管实际的振动特性,为火炮振动响应特性分析和模态优化提供参考。Aiming at the vibration characteristics of gun barrel that makes a big influence on the stability precision and shooting intensity in elevation,and as well as the inherent relationship between the elastic deformation of the barrel and modal,taking a certain type of main battle tank as a typical example,finite element model of body structure about modal analysis is built by finite element method with performing of modal analysis.The natural frequencies and modes shape in constrained were calculated.Modal experiment analysis of gun barrel was based on LMS test system.The FEM simulation results were compared with the experiment result.The result show that the finite element model of the barrel can better reflect the vibration characteristics of the barrel,which provides a model reference for the vibration response characteristic analysis and modal optimization of the gun.
