摘 要:本文以武陵山区贫困乡镇非重点中学初二年级的中学生为研究对象,通过为期一年的参与观察,尝试解读学生的反抗行为和隐形辍学现象,并从学生、教师、学校管理者等多主体反思催生并维系"反学校文化"的深层机制。研究显示:受教育分流制度和管理者失败的文化建构影响,学生的青春期叛逆逐步演变为反抗行为并陷入了恶性循环,进而加剧了学业失败。在这一过程中,学校制度、教师权威和知识地位不断被解构,学生、班级和学校形成了"污名化"的问题共同体。无力改变自身命运的农民工家庭被动接受了"读书无用论"的逻辑,主动投入到工业文明和现代城市文化的短暂快乐中。Through a year of participatory observation in a normal high school in a poor township of the mountainous area of Wuling, this paper attempts to interpret the rebellious behavior of the second-year students and the phenomenon of hidden dropouts, it also reflects the inner mecha- nism that the "anti-school culture" is generated and sustained from multi-subjects of the student, teachers, and school managers. This study shows that the students' adolescent rebellion has gradual- ly evolved into a malignant cycle of rebellious behaviors that aggravates academic failure under the influence of educational shunt system and failed cultural construction of the managers. School poli- cies, teacher authority and knowledge status are deconstructed continuously in this process, stu- dents, class, and school become a problematic community which is stigmatized. The families of migrant workers that are unable to change their destinies are forced to accept the logic of "the idea of the uselessness of study" passively, and devote themselves into the temporal joyfulness of the industrial civilization and modern civic culture.
