摘  要:综述了近红外光谱技术在水果的糖度、酸度、硬度及Vc含量等指标检测研究的最新进展,分析了近红外光谱技术在水果品质检测中的应用现状,认为近红外光谱技术在水果品质检测方面具有一定的可行性,指出了其存在的问题,并对后续研究进行了展望,以为近红外光谱技术在水果品质检测中的应用和发展提供参考依据。In this paper, the recent advances in near-infrared spectroscopy techniques for the determination of sugar content, acidity, hardness and Vc content of fruits were reviewed. This paper analyzes the application status of near infrared spectroscopy in fruit quality detection and points out that near infrared spectroscopy has certain feasibility in the detection of fruit quality. The paper also points out the existing problems and research prospects. At the same time, it provides a reference for the application and development of near infrared spectroscopy in fruit quality testing.
