梳棉机附加盖板针布齿条的设计与创新

摘　　要：为满足高速高产梳棉机提高棉网和成纱质量的要求,介绍其附加齿条盖板针布的现状,提出设计要则和细化分类方案,详细论述刺辊及前、后固定盖板针布齿条的齿形参数设计和齿密配套原则,探讨产品创新与优化的措施。指出:梳棉机附加盖板针布齿条应具有小前角、大容量、高自洁、免维护、高耐磨、长寿命等特性,设计时应结合不同分梳区的纤维状态和梳理任务优选梳理器材,才能达到高效、高质梳棉的要求。To meet the demand of high quality troduction is made to the additional flat wire web and yarn on high-speed carding machine,in- regarding the status quo plus the design concept and detailed classification scheme.Discussion is made to the parameters and tooth population of taker-ins and the front and rear stationary flats.Probing is done into measures of product inno- vation and optimization.It is pointed out that additional flat wire should be of small front angle, big capacity, highly self-cleaning performance, free maintenance, high wear resistantance, and long service life.Wire design should be combined with the varieties of fibers in different carding areas.Carding accessories optimization should be done in conformity with the carding task in or- der to achieve high efficiency and high quality of carding.
