摘  要:为快速、准确地检测羊毛纤维平均直径,介绍IPP库及其特点,分析基于IPP库图像处理技术检测羊毛纤维平均直径的流程和方法,并通过实验测试数据比较分析该检测方法与采用显微投影法、OFDA2000法、OFDA4000法等国内外常用毛纤维直径检测方法取得数据的差异。表明:基于IPP库图像法测试羊毛直径的测试结果与显微投影法、OFDA法测试结果趋势一致,修正值均满足行业标准要求,可用于毛绒纤维长度和平均直径的日常测试,应努力提升羊毛直径检测算法的精度。For the rapid and accurate detection of average diameter of wool fiber,the IPP library with the characteristics is introduced, and analysis is done of process and method of the detec- tion of the average diameter of wool fiber using IPP library-based image processing technology and the experimental data from the contrast with the methods of micro projection method,OF- DA2000 method,and OFDA4000 method, commonly used at home and abroad the wool fiber data finds the difference one another. The test results show that the IPP library-based image processing technology is close to the micro projection method and OFDA method in test result, and the correction value satisfies the requirements of industry standards, can be used for routine test of length and average diameter of wool fiber,yet something must be done to further im- prove the precision of diameter detection algorithm of wool.
