从心智化角度对一例沙盘游戏个案的分析及探索

摘  要:沙盘游戏以荣格心理分析为基础,采用象征性的方式呈现心理内容。从来访者沙盘游戏过程判断其心理发育水平滞留于早年阶段,这与心智化实验监测相一致,其原因与早年成长经历高度相关。沙盘游戏呈现出来访者的心理发育断层:缺乏过渡空间,元表征能力欠缺;同时,沙盘游戏又能帮助来访者弥补成长的缺失,修复创伤,慢慢建构心理表征,让心理不断健全和发展。The sandplay is based on Jung's psychoanalysis which presenting psychological content in a symbolic way. Judging from the process of the visitors" sandplay, the psychological development level is stuck in the early stage, which is consistent with the mental experiment monitoring, and the reason is highly correlated with the early growth experience. The sandplay presents the psychological development fault of the interviewees, lacks the transition space and the lack of the meta representation ability. At the same time, the sandplay can help visitors to make up for the lack of transition time and repair wounds, eventually construct psychological representation slowly, so that the psychology constantly gets sound and develops.
