摘 要:针对正渗透膜本身存在较低水通量以及较高反向盐通量的问题,以筛网为支撑的聚砜膜作为底膜,间苯二胺(MPD)和均苯三甲酰氯(TMC)作为水相和有机相单体,不同含量的甲酸乙酯添加在有机相中作为共溶剂,通过界面聚合法制备了高通量的聚酰胺正渗透复合膜。以2 mol/L Na Cl和1 mol/L的MgCl_2作为汲取液,去离子水作为原料液,对所得正渗透膜进行水通量以及反向盐通量的测试。结果表明,在有机相中添加少量甲酸乙酯作为共溶剂时,可以提高膜的通量和效率。通过改变甲酸乙酯的添加量,可以改变膜性能以及形貌。当甲酸乙酯的添加质量分数为4%时,正渗透的水通量能达到未改性膜的2.6倍,同时J_--s/J_v仍维持在较低的水平。Aimed at the problem of forward osmosis membrane, such as low water flux and high reverse salt flux, the polyamidc forward osmosis membrane with high flux was prepared by interfacial polymerization, the polysulfone membrane was used as the base membrane, MPD and TMC was used as aqueous and organic phase respectively, and different content ethyl formate were added to the organic phase as the co-solvent. The water flux and the reverse flux of salt were measured by using 2 mol/L NaCl and 1 mol/L MgCl2 as the draw solution and deionized water as the feed solution. The results showed that, the addition of a small amount of ethyl formate as a co-solvent in the organic phase could improve the flux and efficiency of the membrane. The membrane properties and morphology could be changed by additive amount of ethyl formate. When the mass concentration of ethyl formate was 4%, the water flux of forward osmosis was 2.6 times of unmodified membrane, meanwhile the Js/Jv maintained at a low level.
