摘  要:苗圃机械化成套技术包括苗圃精细筑床技术、精少量播种技术、高密度苗木移植技术、苗圃高效喷药技术、步道沟松土除草技术及高效起苗技术。该套技术累计试验示范面积634亩,生产播种苗数量总计4 520千株,销售苗木数量2 960千株,销售收入126.7万元;每年机械化作业成本减少10万元以上,平均每亩可增加收入650元以上;其对提高苗木产业化水平、改善生态环境和生态效益、合理利用自然资源、提高我国育苗生产机械化的整体水平具有实际推进作用。随着我国经济的快速发展和城镇化进程的不断推进,工程量增加与年轻劳动力短缺的矛盾日益突出,苗木产业对机械化的需求更加迫切,应用前景非常广阔。; Complete sets of technologies for nursery machinery include nursery fine bedding technology, precise and small - amount sowing technology, high - density seedling transplanting technology, efficient nursery pesticide spra-ying technology, sidewalk trench weed whacker cultivators and efficient seedling lifting technology. The complete set of technologies involve cumulative testing and demonstration area of 634 mu,4. 52 million seedlings produced and sowed,2. 96 million seedlings sold and sales revenue of 1. 267 million Yuan and can realized reduced annual mecha-nized operation cost of over 100 000 Yuan and increased income of over 650 Yuan per mu,playing an actual advan-cing role in elevating the seedling industrialization, improving the ecological environment and ecological benefits, ra-tionally utilizing natural resources and elevating the overall level of nursery production mechanization in China. With the rapid development of China9s economy and the constant advancement of urbanization, the conflicts between the in-crease in engineering quantities and the shortage of young labors are becoming increasingly prominent, resulting in more urgent demand for mechanization in the seedling industry. The complete sets of technologies have very broad prospects.
