摘  要:学科评估价值取向转向发展是高等教育发展战略调整的"风向标"。在"双一流"建设与高等教育强国战略驱动下,我国高校学科评估价值取向发生重要转向,评估理念从水平评估走向选优评估,评估目的从服务社会走向服务政治,评估主体从行政主导走向多元参与,评估对象从消极回避走向积极认识,评估指标从简单量化走向系统设计,评估内容从统一要求走向分类指导,评估方式从自愿参与走向绑定参评,评估方法从工具理性走向价值理性,评估程序从追求形式走向严谨规范,评估结果从单向排名走向多维公布。The changed value orientation for discipline evaluation is the"weathervane"of the strategic adjustment on the higherlearning education development.In this study,the author finds that in the context of"double first-class"construction and under the drive of the national strategy to invigorate the nation with education,the value orientation for discipline evaluation for higher-learning institutions in China has changed significantly:the evaluation concept has changed from level assessment to selective evaluation,the purpose from serving the society to serving politics,the evaluation main body from single administration unit to more participants,the attitude of those being evaluated from being negative avoidance to positive participation,the indexes from simple quantification to being systematically designed,the content setting from being unified in requirement to being classified in guidance,the mode from voluntary participation to designated participation,the method from instrument rationality to value rationality,the procedure from form pursuit to abiding by strict norms,and the result ranking from single list to breakdown items.
