摘　　要：在中国传统文化中,民本思想是一种历史悠久、有着广泛共识的优秀传统思想。民本思想的价值观基础是仁,即大爱精神,其内核是仁心。富民和教民是民本思想的核心要素。汲取、借鉴传统民本思想精华,有助于我们从思想本源上加深对以人民为中心的发展观的理解,增强执政为民的自觉性和责任感。In the Chinese traditional culture, people-oriented thought is an excellent traditional thought with a long history and broad consensus. The base of this thought is the ren, i.e. the great love spirit; the core of it is the kindheartedness. Enriching and educating the people is the core element. Absorbing the essence of the traditional people-oriented thought can assist us to further understand the development outlook of people-orientation and enhance our consciousness and sense of responsibility in the governing for the sake of people.
