C臂机引导下选择性神经阻滞治疗老年性腰腿痛的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨C臂机引导下选择性神经阻滞治疗老年性腰腿痛的临床疗效。方法:老年性腰腿痛患者246例纳入观察组,给予C臂机引导下的选择性神经阻滞;老年性腰腿痛患者200例纳入对照组,给予传统借助解剖标志及异感法进行的神经阻滞。术后随访18个月,观察2组治疗前后视觉模拟评分(VAS)及Mac Nab腰椎痛手术评价的差异。结果:2组治疗后VAS评分均降低,均低于同组治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.01);观察组总有效率96.7%,对照组总有效率76%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:C臂机引导下选择性神经阻滞治疗老年性腰腿痛疗效显著。Objective：To evaluate the effect of C arm X ray machine guided nerve root blocking on lumbocru ral pain.Methods：Two hundred and forty-six cases with lumbocrural pain were enrolled in observation group which were treated by C arm X ray machine guided nerve root block.Two hundred cases with lumbocrural pain were enrolled in the control group which were treated by conventional way of nerve root block.Cases were followed up for 18 months.Visual analogue score （VAS） and MacNab criteria were used to evaluate the effects.Resuits：Eighteen months after treatment,the VAS scores of the both groups decreased,which were lower than before （P〈0.05） and the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group （P〈0.01）.According to MacNab criteria,the total effective rate was 96.7% in the observation group and 76% in the control group （P〈0.01）.Conclusion：C arm X ray machine guided nerve root block is an effective method to treat lumbocrural pain.
