摘　　要：线上线下融合开展新型职业农民培育,是利用现代信息技术以及新型教学理念和教育手段,开发适合新型职业农民培训的线上资源和线下资源,两种类型的资源相互补充、相互支持。同时,结合传统学习方式的优势和网络化学习的优势,通过对学习成果的认证,完成农民的正式学习和非正式学习的无缝对接,创新了人才培养模式,为完善不同类型学习成果的互认与衔接机制,建立学习成果认证体系,健全终身教育服务体系奠定了坚实的基础。New occupational farmer training with online and offline integration is a way to use modern information technology and teaching ideas and educational means to develop online and offline resource fitting new occupational farmer training. These two types of resource complement and support each other. At the same time, combined with the advantages of traditional learning methods and network learning, online and offline integration seamlessly joint the formal learning and informal learning of farmers through certification of learning outcomes, and innovate the talent training mode, so as to laid a solid foundation for improving the mechanism for mutual recognition between different types of learning outcomes, establishing certification system of learning outcomes and lifelong education service system.
