摘　　要：糖类是一类非常重要的有机物,一直以来也是《有机化学》学习的难点,主要原因在于学生没能准确掌握糖类物质的基本单元——单糖的结构。本文归纳了单糖的Fischer投影式和Haworth结构的相关知识,以期能够加强学生对糖化学的理解,同时也为教学人员提供部分参考。As a significant organic compound, carbohydrate has always been one of the prominent challenges in the study of organic chemistry course. The main reason may be that undergraduate can not insight into the structure of monosaccharide, which is the basic unit for carbohydrate. In order to assist the college students to understand carbohydrate chemistry, this paper summarized the knowledge about Fischer projection and Haworth structure in monosaccharide, so as to give partial reference for college teachers.
