摘　　要：液晶平板显示器,特别TFT-LCD,是现阶段唯一在亮度、对比度、功耗、寿命、体积和重量等综合性能上全面超过CRT的显示器件。设计出满足以上性能的多通道信息显示屏是这个课题的意义,将有助于我们能够尽快掌握TFT-LCD技术发展节奏。根据TFT-LCD的设计原理及设计指导规则,结合现有的TFT-LCD制造工艺,进行平面图形设计,并绘出了工艺版图,对所用的方法进行了说明,对5张掩膜板(GE、SD、CH、PE、SE),CF,CELL的绘图经过进行了说明。LCD flat panel display, especially TFT - LCD, is present only in the brightness, contrast, such as power, life, volume and weight of integrated performance than CRT display device. Designed to meet the above performance of multi-channel in-formation display is the meaning of the subject, will help us to master TFT - LCD technology development pace as soon as poss-ible. According to the TFT - LCD design principles and design guidelines, combined with the existing TFT - LCD manufacturing process,graphic design,and draw a process map,on the methods used in the specification, the five mask plate （GE, SD, CH, PE, SE）, CF, pass through the CELL mapping.
