摘　　要：文章结合常熟市第二人民医院的实际情况,分析了实施基建精细化管理的必要性,总结了做好医院基建精细化管理工作需要注意的几个问题。Based on the hospital infrastructure management and actual situation of Changshu Second People＇s Hospital, the article analyzes the necessity of implementing the delicacy management of hospital infrastructure, and summarizes issues that need to be paid attention to in the delicacy management of hospital infrastructure.
