三种修复方法修复正畸白垩斑后对牙面颜色稳定性的影响

摘　　要：目的研究三种修复方法修复正畸白垩斑后对牙面颜色稳定性的影响。方法将釉质面完整的48颗人离体牙制成人工脱矿模型后随机分为三组,分别进行White Varnish氟保护漆,ICON渗透性树脂渗透,二者联合修复。每组再分成4样,分别浸泡在红酒、咖啡、茶和人工唾液中,在24 h,1 w,2 w,4 w时采用分光光度仪测量分析计算出各牙的?E值,再采用美国国家标准计量局NBS规定的评价标准:NBS units=△E×0.92,计算出各牙的NBS值。结果不同时间、溶液、修复方式对治疗白垩斑后牙面颜色稳定性存在明显差异。在四个时间点,△E:红酒>咖啡>茶>人工唾液,4组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);一定时间后,浸泡在红酒、咖啡和茶的?E均大于3.7,表明色彩改变在临床上不可接受。治疗后牙面颜色稳定性:联合修复组>渗透树脂组>White Varnish组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与单独使用White Varnish氟保护漆或渗透性树脂相比,二者联合应用对修复正畸白垩斑后牙颜色维持的效果更好,且其简便快捷安全性高,增强了牙齿美观性,值得广大临床医师大力推广使用。Objective To study the effect of three restoration methods on the color stability of orthodontic tooth surface.Methods 48 human teeth with complete enamel surface were made into an orthodontic demineralization model. After demineralization, the teeth were randomly divided into three groups: White Varnish fluor protector, permeable resin infiltration, and the two groups were combined to repair. It was divided into 4 groups, were placed in the red wine, coffee, tea and soaked in artificial saliva, soaked in 24 h, 1 W, 2 W, respectively, using the spectrophotometer of lesion color detection 4 W, calculate the E value between the teeth, and then evaluated by National Bureau of standards and metrology standards prescribed by NBS NBS: units=?E×0.92, calculate the NBS value of the teeth. Results There were significant differences in the color stability of the treated spots with different time, solution and repair methods. In four time points,?E: red wine >coffee>tea a>rtificial saliva, there were significant differences between 4 groups(P<0.05); soaked in wine, coffee and tea after a certain time, ?E>3.7, display color changes are not acceptable in clinic. Color stability of posterior teeth: joint repair>penetration resin>fluor protector, the difference was statistically significant.(P<0.05).Conclusion With White alone Varnish fluoride varnish and compared the resin infiltration treatment, better effect of the combination of the two methods to maintain the color of white spot repair of orthodontic teeth, and more convenient with high safety, enhance the appearance of the teeth, it is the majority of clinicians and vigorously promote the use of.
