摘  要:针对应用超临界CO_2新技术的煤层气井压裂器发热药量、液态CO_2量和膜片厚度的优化问题,需要有可靠的温度和破膜压力数据作为支撑,由于目前的测压系统只能测量压力,因此设计双通道煤层气井压裂测试系统。该系统采用随压力变化速率进行变速采样的自适应采样技术和通过设定变化速率阈值来触发的随动触发技术,能够更为准确地捕获到完整数据,通过记录地址的方式实现多次采集,为多次实验提供便利。测压系统的压力量程为0~210 MPa,温度量程为0~1 000℃,在膜片厚度2.5 mm、液态CO_2量1.45 kg、发热药量120 g下测得最高温度40℃,最大压力122 MPa,实测证明:该系统为超临界CO_2煤层气井压裂器的优化问题,提供可靠、全面的数据依据。With regard to the optimization of the calorific value, liquid CO2 amount and thickness of diaphragm of coal -bed methane well fracturing device with the new supercritical CO2 technology, reliable temperature and diaphragm cracking pressure data shall be taken as the basis. Because current pressure measurement system could only measure the pressure, the double channel test system of coal -bed methane fracturing device is designed. The system adopts the adaptive sampling technology that has adaptive sampling according to the change rate of pressure and the dynamic triggering technology that triggers by setting the rate of change of the threshold to capture complete data more accurately. The system realizes the repeated acquisition by recording the address, which facilitates the implementation of several experiments. The pressure range of the test system is 0-210 MPa, the temperature range is 0-1 000℃ and the maximum temperature is 40 C and the maximum pressure is 122 MPa when the diaphragm thickness is 2.5 mm, the liquid CO2 amount is 1.45 kg and the calorific value is 120g. Results show that the system provides overall and reliable data basis for the optimization of the fracturing device for coal-bed methane well with supercritical CO2 .
