摘　　要：实验室是实施创新教育的场所,建立和完善以培养大学生科技实践能力的工程实践创新实验室在创新教育和创新能力培养中起着非常重要的作用。分析了高校创新实验室的意义,阐述了创新实验室建设在改革传统教学实验和服务学生科研竞赛中发挥的作用,并探讨了实验室的师资队伍管理、仪器设备管理、日常事务管理、科研项目管理和学科竞赛管理。The laboratory is the fundamental condition for the enforcement of innovation education. The establishment and im-provement of the engineering practice and innovation laboratory to cultivate the scientific and technological practice ability of college students play a very important role in innovation education and innovative ability cultivation. The significance of innovation laboratory is analyzed, the role of innovation laboratory construction in reforming traditional teaching experiment and serving student scientific research competition is expounded, the management of teachers, equipment and equipment, daily affairs, scientific research projects and subject competition in the laboratory are discussed.
