浅谈医学本科生科研素质的培养

摘　　要：医学科学的进步离不开临床医务工作者永无止境的探索,随着生命科学的发展与医学理念的革新,新时代的医疗大环境要求广大医务工作者不仅要具备崇高的医德、过硬的专业技能,还需要拥有一定的医学科研技能。只有具备较高的医学科研素养才能更好地顺应时代的发展,才能称得上是新时代合格的医学人才。这意味着医学的本科教育应当重视学生科研素质的培养,让学生在大学时代就打下医学科研的基础。这也给新时代背景下的医学教育工作者带来了新的挑战,如何在实际工作中科学地培养医学生的科研素质,有效训练学生的科研思维与技能是当下医学高等教育需要探究的重要问题。The progress of medical science cannot be separated from the endless exploration of clinicians. With the development of life science and the innovation of medical idea, medical workers are required not only to have lofty medical ethics, excellent pro-fessional skills, but also need to have certain scientific research quality. That is to say, doctors with high quality in scientific re - search may conform to the times better and therefore be regarded as outstanding. This means that medical undergraduate education should pay more attention to the cultivation of students＇ scientific research quality, so that students can get better medical research foundation in the university. It also brings new challenges to medical education. How to cultivate the students＇ scientific research quality, research thinking and research skills is an important issue that to be explored in medical higher education.
