摘 要:黄玉顺教授的"生活儒学"借鉴了现象学的方法,尤其借鉴了海德格尔对"存在"与"存在者"的区分,直接面向生活本身,构建了以"仁爱"为核心、具有三个观念层级结构的新的儒学本体论。"生活儒学"在形下学层面的展开——"中国正义论",是从生活本源出发的具有中国特色的政治哲学,它将政治正义的观念奠基于儒家的人性论伦理学基础之上,明确回答了"政治权利是否需要超验之维"的问题。"生活儒学"不仅将传统儒学的"心性论"与"宇宙论"融为一体,而且弥合了当今所谓"心性儒学"与"政治儒学"的鸿沟。"生活儒学"提出的"现代性诉求的民族表达"的进路,将现代性与民族性有机结合,无论从理论上还是实践上,都是一种十分可贵的、有益的探索。Huang Yu-shun's "Life Confucianism"draws on phenomenological approach,especially for Heidegger's distinction between "beings"and "Being".It directly faces the life itself and has established a new Confucian ontology which has three levels of conceptual hierarchy with"benevolence"centered."China's theory of Justice",the development of Life Confucianism at the level of practice,is philosophy of politics with Chinese characteristics from the source of life.It defines the concept of political justice based on the Confucian ethics of human nature and clearly answers the question of"whether political rights need transcendental dimension".Life Confucianism not only integrates the "theory of mind"and "cosmology"of traditional Confucianism,but also bridges the so-called "spiritual Confucianism"and "political Confucianism"today.The slogan of"Modernity Appeal Expressed in the Form of Nationality"advocated by Life Confucianism',which well combines modernity and nationality,is very valuable and useful exploration both theoretically and practically.
