摘 要:选取变高度辊弯成形机最大成形力出现的第4道次进行动力学分析,基于拉格朗日分析动力学原理,建立其动力学微分方程,将结合内点惩罚函数法和自适应权重法改进的粒子群优化算法应用于该动力学模型,利用MATLAB编程实现该优化算法.将优化后的参数与优化前进行对比,结果表明,优化后的参数值可以使轧辊的最大加速度减小.最后应用具有优化后参数的成形机进行成形实验,目标成形件的质量较好,验证了优化结果的正确性,提高了该成形机的动态性能,对后期成形机的结构优化提供了参考.In this paper,the fourth pass when the maximum force appears with the Variable height roll-die forming machine is selected for dynamic analysis.Based on the dynamic principle of Lagrange analysis,the dynamic differential equation is established.The improved particle swarm optimization with adaptive weight method combined with the interior point penalty function method is used to establish a dynamic model.The optimization algorithm is implemented with MATLAB programming.Compared with the former,the optimized parameters is able to reduce the maximum acceleration of the system.Finally,the machine with optimized parameters is used to conduct the forming experiment,the result of which is that the quality of the target forming parts is better,which verifies the correctness of the optimization results.Therefore,the dynamic properties of the forming machine is improved,which is of great reference value for future the structure optimization.
