摘  要:采用溶剂蒸发法制备氮化铝(Al N)/聚偏二氟乙烯(PVDF)纳米复合材料。将AlN纳米粉末加入无水乙醇中,经超声分散得悬浮液;将PVDF粉末溶解于N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中,加入悬浮液,磁力搅拌,经干燥箱干燥得AlN/PVDF纳米复合膜。采用SEM、XRD、FTIR等手段表征了纳米复合材料的形貌及结构变化,另分析了介电常数与频率的相关曲线。研究结果表明,当AlN纳米粒子的填充量为10%时,尺寸小于100 nm的Al N纳米片均匀分散在PVDF基体内,二者相容性好,观察不到相界面,且AlN/PVDF纳米复合材料仍具有高的韧性。AlN/PVDF纳米复合材料的介电常数对频率的依赖性非常大,在低频下具有非常高的介电常数,其值达到55,为纯PVDF的27倍,但高频条件下AlN/PVDF纳米复合膜与PVDF膜的介电常数非常接近。AlN-nanoflake/poly(vinylidene fluoride)(PVDF) composites were prepared by dissolving dispersion and solvent evaporation processes. The soliquoid was obtained by ultrasonic dispersionby adding AlN nanopowder into absolute ethanol. The PVDF powder was dissolved into DMF and the soliquoid was added into this solution under magnetic stirring. The solution after stirring was dried in drying box to get AlN/PVDF nanocomposite film.The morphology and structure of nanocomposites were characterization by SEM, XRD and FTIR. The dielectric properties related to frequency were studied. For the 10% AlN/PVDF sample, the AlN with size less than 100 nm were uniformly dispersed in the PVDF matrix, and the phase interfaces were not observed, indicating that the compatibility of them was very good. The cross-sectional feature shows that the AlN/PVDF nanocomposites still have high toughness. In addition, the dielectric constant of the AlN/PVDF nanocomposites is very dependent on the frequency and has a very high dielectric constant of 55 at a low frequency, which is about 27 times that of pure PVDF. However, the dielectric constants of AlN/PVDF composites and PVDF at high frequency are close.
