摘　　要：随着时代的进步,刑事犯罪的侦破工作与高科技结合越来越紧密。为适应日益复杂和艰巨的维稳工作与打击刑事犯罪的需要,这种现状对各大高速公路卡口高清视频监控的功能和质量也提出了新的要求。高清卡口视频监控系统不仅作为智能城市交通系统技术发展的必然方向,而且也为打击刑事犯罪,维护社会稳定,建立和谐社会打下坚实的基础,前景将相当不错。本文在介绍高清视频监控卡口前端信息采集系统组成的基础上,重点阐述了卡口信息采集系统的组成以及功能,并设展示具体的设计思路,以充分满足打击刑事犯罪的需要。With the progress of the times,the combination of the crime detection work and high-tech work becomes more and more close. In order to meet the increasingly complex and arduous maintenance work and the need to combat criminal offenses,This status quo has made new demands on the function and quality of high-speed video surveillance of expressway bayonet. High-definition bayonet video surveillance system not only as a smart city traffic system technology development of the inevitable direction, but also lay a solid foundation for building a harmonious society, Maintaining social order, maintaining social stability, and the prospects will be quite good. This paper in- troduces the composition of information collection system at the front of high-definition video surveillance bayonet. This paper focuses on the composition and function of the bayonet information collection system, and sets out the specific design ideas to fully meet the needs of criminal crime.
