逐痰通络汤联合点穴按摩治疗老年高血压脑出血微创术后恢复期疗效及其对患者脑血管功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察逐痰通络汤联合点穴按摩治疗老年高血压脑出血微创术后恢复期疗效及其对患者脑血管功能的影响。方法:选取我院2016年1月~2017年1月收治的76例高血压脑出血微创术后患者作为研究对象。对照组给予点穴按摩治疗;观察组在对照组治疗的基础上另给予逐痰通络汤治疗,两组治疗时间均为4周。治疗后,评价2组患者疗效;治疗前后,分别检测2组患者动态阻力(DR)、脑血管平均流速(vmean)、脑血管平均流量(qmean)及血管外周阻力(R)水平,并观察2组患者Barthel指数、NIHSS评分及Fugl-Meyer评分水平。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率为86.8%,明显高于对照组的65.7%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者DR、vmean、qmean及R等脑血管的改善程度均明显优于对照组,且NIHSS、Fugl-Meyer及GCS评分改善程度亦明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:逐痰通络汤联合点穴按摩治疗老年高血压脑出血微创术后恢复期具有较好的疗效,可有效改善患者神经功能及脑血管状态,值得进行深入探讨。Objective：To study the clinical efficacy of Zhutan Tongluo Decoction combined with attacking the vital point and massage in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage after mini-invasive evacuation of hematoma and its influence on the levels of cerebral vascular function.Methods：76 hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients with mini-invasive evacuation of hematoma from Janurary 2015 to Janurary 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and controlled group.The controlled group was treated with attacking the vital point and massage;the observation group was given Zhutan Tongluo Decoction on the base of the controlled group.The treatments of the two groups were continuing 4 weeks.The effect was observed,while the levels of R,DR,vmean,qmean were detected in the two groups,NIHSS,Fugl-Meyer and GCS scores were observed in the patients.Results：The total effective rate of the observation group was 86.8%,it was higher than 65.7% in the controlled group（P〈0.05）.After the treatment,the levels of R,DR,vmean,qmean,NIHSS,Fugl-Meyer and GCS scores were improved more in the observation group（P〈0.05）.Conclusions：The method of Zhutan Tongluo Decoction combined with attacking the vital point and massage in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage after mini-invasive evacuation of hematoma can improve the clinical efficacy,promote the cerebral vascular function in patients,it is worthy of exerting deep exploration.
