摘  要:为了进一步提高铸钢件的产品品质并降低生产成本,通过深入探索均衡凝固理论,对中碳低合金钢耐磨衬板浇注系统进行了试验研究。结果表明,以均衡凝固理论为基础进行的工艺设计效果更加理想,生产更稳定,操作更加便捷;铸件内部无缺陷,工艺出品率提高,最高可达到80%以上,生产成本显著降低。In order to further improve the product quality and reduce the cost, the pouring system of the medium carbon low alloying steel .for wearable liners were investigated by exploring the theory of proportional solidification. The results show that the process design based on the theory of proportional solidification is more ideal, the production is more stable and the operation is more convenient. There is no defect in the casting, the production rate of the process can be improved, the highest can reach up to 80%, and the production cost is significantly reduced.
