沈氏达郁汤加减方联合隔药饼灸治疗肝癌介入术后抑郁的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察沈氏达郁汤加减方联合隔药饼灸治疗肝癌介入术后抑郁临床疗效,探索其临床有效性。方法:选择符合纳入标准的肝癌介入术后抑郁患者100例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组50例,对照组给予口服艾司西酞普兰片10mg/次,1次/天。治疗组给予沈氏达郁汤加减方联合隔药饼灸治疗,治疗6周后观察两组治疗前后中医症状积分及汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分的变化,统计其临床疗效。结果:治疗后治疗组在中医症状积分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分、方面低于对照组,比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组、对照临床疗效总有效率分别为92.00%、76.00%,治疗组临床疗效总有效率明显高于对照组,比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:沈氏达郁汤加减方联合隔药饼灸可以明显改善肝癌介入术后抑郁患者的中医症状及缓解抑郁状态,明显提高其临床疗效,为治疗肝癌介入术后抑郁提供了有效的治疗方法。Abstract： Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of using Shenshi Dayu Decoction combined with cake-separated moxibustion in the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma after interventional therapy, and to explore its clinical effectiveness. Methods： 100patients with depression after interventional therapy were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and controlled group, each group had 50patients, the controlled group was given oral citalopram tablets 10mg/times, himes/d. The treatment group was given Shenshi Dayu Decoction combined with moxibustion treatment, after 6weeks of treatment, two groups were observed before and after treatment of TCM syndrome integral and Hamilton Depression Scale score changes, the clinical ef- ficacy of statistics. Results ： After treatment, TCM symptoms integral in Hamilton Depression Scale scores, was lower than those in the controlled group had significant difference （ P〈0.05 ） ; the total effective rate of the treatment group and the controlled group of was 92%, 76%, the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than the controlled group, there was statistically significant difference （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Shenshi Dayu Decoction combined with moxibustion can signifi- cantly improve the TCM symptoms of depression in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma after interventional therapy and alleviate depression, improve the clinical curative effect after depression provides effective treatment for interventional therapy of hepato- cellular carcinoma patients.
