电针联合穴位注射药物治疗原发性三叉神经痛疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中医证候的辨证分型基础上,电针联合穴位药物注射,实行分级治疗原发性三叉神经痛。方法:选取94例原发性三叉神经痛患者为研究对象,分为联合组、电针组、火针组三组,联合组采用电针联合穴位注射药物疗法,电针组只行电针治疗,火针组行火针治疗,三组针刺均以下关为主穴。观察比较治疗前后三组患者的MPQ评分及临床疗效以及复发率。结果:联合组治愈率、有效率均明显高于单纯电针组、火针组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组治疗后MPQ评分较治疗前、电针组、火针组差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);随访结果,联合组治愈患者中复发率明显低于电针组、火针组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在中医证候的辨证分型基础上,电针联合穴位注射药物,结合MPQ评分评估患者的疼痛和症状程度,分级治疗原发性三叉神经痛,疗效要优于单纯电针治疗或火针治疗。整合现代西医研究,提高该疾病中医疗法的疗效。Abstract： Objective： To explore the dialectical classification of TCM syndromes, electro-acupuncture combined with acu- point injection, the implementation of graded treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia. Methods： 94patients with primary tri- geminal neuralgia were divided into three groups： combined group, electro-acupuncture group and fire needle group. The com- bined group was treated with electro-acupuncture combined with aeupoint injection. The electro-acupuncture group was treated with electro-acupuncture. The fire needle group was treated with fire needle, Xiaguan point was the main acuooint of the threegroups of acupuncture. To observe the MPQ score, clinical efficacy and recurrence rate of the three groups before and after treat- ment. Results ： The cure rate and the effective rate of the combined group were significantly higher than those of the electro-acu- puncture group and the acupuncture group （ P〈0. 05）. The MPQ score of the combined group was significantly higher than that of the electro-acupuncture group （P〈0. 05）. The recurrence rate was significantly lower in the patients treated with the combined group than that in the electro-acupuncture group and the acupuncture group. The difference was statistically significant （P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Based on the dialectical classification of TCM syndromes, electro-acupuncture combined with acupoint in- jection of drugs, combined with MPQ score to assess the degree of pain and symptoms of patients, graded treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia, the effect is better than simple electro-acupuncture treatment or fire needle treatment. The Integration of modem western medicine research, to improve the efficacy of the disease of traditional Chinese medicine.
