摘  要:目的探讨神经外科临床见习中递进式教学方式的教学效果。方法选取来我院神经外科临床见习的实习生116名作为研究对象。按照随机数字表法,将其分为研究组(递进式教学法,n=58)与对照组(传统教学法,n=58),对比两组教学效果。结果研究组理论知识成绩、实践操作成绩均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的教学满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论递进式教学法在神经外科临床见习中的应用效果理想。Objective To explore the effect of progressive teaching method in Department of Neurosurgery clinical practice. Methods 116 interns from department of neurosurgery in our hospital were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into the study group(progressive teaching method, n=58) and the control group(traditional teaching method, n=58), and the teaching effect of the two groups was compared. Results The theoretical knowledge and practical performance of the study group were better than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); And the teaching satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of progressive teaching method in clinical probation of department of neurosurgery is ideal.
