摘  要:临床实习是一个医学生转变为临床医生的重要过程,是理论知识与临床实践相结合的过程。作为内科学的重要组成部分,消化内科历来都是临床实习的重点科室之一。我国传统的医学教学模式是课堂教学,强调教师的主导作用,这样往往导致学生理论知识丰富,而实际解决问题能力差,只能纸上谈兵。翻转课堂是21世纪风靡全球的一种新兴教学方法,它更强调学生课前学习的主动性和积极性,而课堂则主要完成知识的内化,但其应用于医学领域的研究尚处于起步阶段。如何在消化内科临床实习教学中有效实施翻转课堂教学模式,提高实习效果,真正实现翻转课堂的本土化,需要临床带教老师不断去思考、去探索。Medical clinical practice is an important process for an intern tobe a clinician. And it is a joint process of theoretical knowledge and clinicalpractice. As an important part of internal medicine, gastroenterology hasalways been one of the key departments of clinical practice. Our traditionalmedical teaching model is classroom teaching, emphasizing the leadingrole of teachers, which often lead to students' theoretical knowledge rich,and the actual ability to solve problems poor. The fipped classroom modelis a new teaching method in 21st century all over the world. It emphasizesthe initiative and enthusiasm of students before class. And the classroomis mainly to complete the internalization of knowledge. However, theapplication in the medical field is still in its infancy. Therefore, clinicalteachers need to think and explore how efectively implementation of theflipped classroom model into the gastroenterology department and reallyrealize the localization of the fipped classroom.
