摘　　要：中国科学院微电子所所长叶甜春在亦庄举行的2017北京微电子国际研讨会暨中国新能源汽车电子高峰论坛上发表了主旨演讲。报告共分三部分,首先讲述中国IC产业发展引起关注,然后论述中国IC产业再定位思考,最后提出产业发展措施建议。YE Tianchun, director of the Microelectronics Institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, delivered a keynote speech, in the 2017 International Symposium on microelectronics in Beijing and the summit forum of China＇s new energy automotive electronics in Yizhuang. The report is divided into three parts. First, the development of China＇s IC industry attracts attention, and then he discusses the reorientation of China＇s IC industry. Finally, the paper puts forward suggestions for industrial development measures.
