小儿护理工作中肢体语言沟通的临床应用研究

摘　　要：目的探究小儿护理工作中肢体语言沟通的临床应用效果。方法将在我院儿科于2015年1月—2017年1月接受治疗的96例患儿纳入研究,以数学领域盲选法为依据将患儿分成2组,各48例;对照组患儿给予常规护理,观察组患儿给予肢体语言沟通护理,对比两组患儿护理满意度及遵医行为量表评分。结果在护理满意度上,观察组为93.75%,比对照组72.92%更高,两组数据对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在遵医行为量表评分指标上,观察组与对照组相比更高,两组数据对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿护理工作应用肢体语言沟通的效果良好,能显著提高护理满意度增强患儿治疗依从性。Objective To explore the clinical effect of body language communication in pediatric nursing work. Methods From January 2015 to January 2017, 96 children in our hospital were treated. The children were divided into 2 groups according to the blind selection in the field of mathematics, with 48 cases in each group; The control group was given routine care, the observation group was given body language communication nursing, and the nursing satisfaction and compliance behavior scale score of the two groups were compared. Results In nursing satisfaction, the observation group was 93.75%, higher than 72.92% of the control group, the two groups of data comparison, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）; In the compliance behavior scale score, the observation group was higher than the control group, the two groups of data comparison, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The effect of body language communication in pediatric nursing work is good, which can signifcantly improve the nursing satisfaction and enhance the treatment compliance of children.
