摘　　要：【目的】采用主成分分析和插值相结合的虚拟筛选方法探索复方丹参最佳药效配比。【方法】采用主成分分析对复方丹参方中丹参-三七不同配比的药效建立综合评价模型,在已知配比的药效值基础上进行插值寻找最佳药效配比。【结果】采用所建立模型计算得到丹参-三七配比为16:9时具最佳药效,药效值为2.3424。【结论】采用主成分分析建立复方丹参药效的综合评价模型的方法适用于确定中药复方丹参的最佳药效配比。[ Objective ] To explore the best pharmacodynamic ratio of compound Danshen prescription by the virtual screening method of principal component analysis and interpolation. [Methods] According to the principal component analysis, the comprehensive evaluation model was established to assess the pharmacodynamics of compound Danshen prescription with different proportions of Danshen Root and Sanchi. The best pharmacodynamic ralio was found via the interpolation on the basis of the known ratio values. [ Results] The best pharmacodynamics was obtained when the ratio of Danshen Root/Sanchi was 16：9. The pharmacodynamic value was 2.3424. [Conclusion] The method for establishing the comprehensive evaluation model of compound Danshen prescription pharmacodynamies based on the principal component analysis is suitable to determine the best pharmacodynamic ratio of Danshen Root/ Sanchi in compound Danshen prescriptio.
