嵊州市领带产业集群的突围路径初探

摘　　要：嵊州领带的中小企业集群块状经济模式,曾致富一方百姓,但是随着市场竞争的白热化,嵊州领带产业暴露出了花型设计能力低、品牌知名度不高、恶性价格竞争、产业链不完善等问题,制约了领带产业的做强做大。本文立足于领带产业的现状进行调研,分析存在的问题,尝试提出相应的解决路径,为重振集群的优势尽力。The industrial cluster pattern of small and medium sized enterprises in Shengzhou necktie indus- try had contributed greatly to the development of local economy. However, with the increasingly fierce competition, necktie industry in Shengzhou has exposed several problems, such as inadequate pattern design ability, low brand recognition, malignant price war. incomplete industrial chains, etc. which restricted further development of local necktie industry. After investigating current situation of the industry and analyzing the existing defects, this article tries to provide some relevant solutions for the revival of industrial economy.
