摘  要:为了解决提花丝袜机多路电磁阀工作时发热及功耗较大的问题,提高电磁阀工作的安全性和稳定性,设计基于STM32的电磁阀驱动控制系统.该控制系统采用STM32芯片处理电磁阀运行数据,利用CAN总线进行数据传输,采取额定电压驱动电磁阀,PWM保持吸合的方式.通过测量提花丝袜机电磁阀在一定频率、不同占空比下线圈中电流的大小,选取电磁阀能维持吸合且发热及功耗较低的工作参数.结果表明,该方案运行安全稳定,电磁阀功耗较低,满足提花丝袜机的控制要求.To solve the problem of the heat and the power consumption of the multi-channel so-lenoid valve work of jacquard stocking machine,and improve the safety and stability of the sole-noid valve,a drive control system of the solenoid valve based on STM32 is designed,which u-ses STM32 chip to handle the solenoid valve work data,and transmit the date by CAN bus.So-lenoid valve is driven by the rated voltage,PWM remains hold.For jacquard stockings machine, by measuring the solenoid valve coil current size at a certain frequency under different duty cy-cle,and select solenoid valve operation parammeters that can remain held work in low heat and low power consumption.The test results show that the program is safe and stable,and low power consumption,it can meet the control requirements of jacquard stockings machine.
