摘 要:提出了一种简单有效的位移相关减振器开槽段阻尼优化设计方法。利用关键速度点的阻尼力对减振器阻尼曲线进行简化,对减振器开槽段关键速度点处的阻尼力进行仿真优化,获得了理想的减振器开槽段阻尼特性曲线。将减振器在目标车后悬架进行了实车试验,结果表明,该位移相关减振器对目标车的乘坐舒适性有明显改善,验证了阻尼优化设计方法的有效性与实用性。This paper presents a simple but efficient method to design the slot section damping characteristic of displacement-dependent shock absorber. The damping characteristic of shock absorber is briefly described by the force of a set of key velocity points. The damping force of key velocity points are optimized by simulation to get the desired slot section damping characteristic. The displacement-dependent shock absorber are trial-manufactured based on the optimization result and assembled to the test vehicle. Experiment is carried out on the vehicle, and the experiment results indicate that the displacement-dependent shock absorber can improve the ride comfort of this vehicle significantly, which also validates the effectiveness and practicality of the method proposed in this paper.
