大柴胡汤加减治疗高血压脑出血30例

摘　　要：目的:观察大柴胡汤加减对高血压脑出血患者出血量及GCS评分的影响,并观察其临床疗效。方法:将2013年10月—2016年10月在本院接受治疗的60例高血压脑出血患者随机分为对照组和干预组各30例,对照组给予常规西医治疗,干预组在对照组治疗的基础上给予大柴胡汤加减治疗,对两组患者治疗前后的GCS评分与出血量、临床治疗效果以及不良反应发生情况进行综合评价。结果:治疗后干预组患者的GCS评分、出血量显著低于对照组,比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组治疗后的死亡率、重度残疾率显著低于对照组,良好率高于对照组,比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组有2例出现不良反应,不良反应率为6.7%,对照组有8例出现不良反应,不良反应率为26.7%,两组不良反应发生率比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对高血压脑出血患者给予大柴胡汤加减方治疗,能够有效降低死亡率、致残率,改善患者的大脑功能,不良反应少。Objective： To observe the clinical effects and influence of Modified Major Bupleurum Decoction on the bleeding amount and GCS in hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods： Totally 60 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage treated in this hospital between October 2013 and October 2016 were randomized into control group and intervention group,30 cases in each group. Control group were given conventional western medicine treatment while intervention group were added with Modified Major Bupleurum Decoction. The GCS,bleeding amount,clinical therapeutic effect and occurrence of adverse reactions in both groups were evaluated. Results： After treatment,the GCS,bleeding amount,mortality rate and sever disability rate in intervention group were significantly lower than those in control group,and the excellent efficacy rate in observation group was higher than that in control group; the difference had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. After different treatments,2 cases in intervention group appeared adverse reaction; the adverse reaction rate was 6. 7%; 8 cases in control group appeared adverse reaction; the adverse reaction rate was 26. 7%; the difference had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： For patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage,Modified Major Bupleurum Decoction can effectively reduce mortality rate and disability rate,and improve the cerebral function with few adverse reactions.
