大柴胡汤加减辨治细菌性肝脓肿39例

摘　　要：目的:观察大柴胡汤对细菌性肝脓肿患者临床疗效及相关指标的影响。方法:选取细菌性肝脓肿78例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各39例,对照组给予抗生素治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用大柴胡汤加减治疗,观察治疗前后临床疗效及相关指标的变化。结果:对照组有效率为79.49%,观察组有效率为89.74%,两组有效率比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后WBC、ALT、AST、ALP、ALB较治疗前明显下降,治疗前后比较有统计学意义(P<0.01),观察组治疗后WBC、ALT、AST、ALP、ALB较对照组治疗后下降更加显著,组间比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组体温恢复正常时间、白细胞恢复正常时间、住院天数明显短于对照组,复发率、并发症发生率明显低于对照组,比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:大柴胡汤可以改善细菌性肝脓肿患者临床症状,改善相关指标。Objective： To observe the clinical effects and influence of Modified Major Bupleurum Decoction on bacterial liver abscess and related indicators. Methods： Totally 78 patients with bacterial liver abscess were randomized into control group and observation group,39 cases in each group. Control group were given antibiotic therapy while observation group were added with Modified Major Bupleurum Decoction for the treatment. The clinical effects and changes of related indicators were observed before and after treatment. Results： The effective rate was 79. 49% in control group and 89. 74% in observation group,the difference was significant（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the levels of WBC,ALT,AST and ALP declined greatly in both groups; the difference between before and after treatment was significantly（ P〈0. 01）. The decline of the levels of WBC,ALT,AST,ALP and ALB decline in observation group was more significant than that in control group（ P〈0. 05）. The time for body temperature and white blood cells returning to normal and hospitalization duration in observation group were significantly shorter than those in control group. The relapse rate and occurrence rate of complications in observation group were significantly less than those in control group; the difference had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Modified Major Bupleurum Decoction can improve the clinical symptoms of bacterial liver abscess and related indicators.
