甲硝唑缓释药膜对牙周炎的治疗效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨甲硝唑缓释药膜治疗牙周炎的临床疗效。方法选取射阳县人民医院口腔科2015年2月—2016年12月收治的牙周炎患者90例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组患者采用高露洁贝齿漱口水治疗,观察组患者采用甲硝唑缓释药膜,两组患者均持续治疗1周。比较两组患者治疗前后牙周炎症状积分,并统计比较两组患者治疗后6个月、12个月牙周炎复发率。结果治疗前,两组患者牙周炎症状总积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者牙周炎症状总积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后6、12个月,观察组患者牙周炎复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用甲硝唑缓释药膜治疗牙周炎的临床疗效确切,可明显改善患者的相关症状,预防牙周炎复发。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of metronidazole sustained release membrane in treating periodontitis. Methods A total of 90 cases of periodontitis patients were selected from February 2015 to December 2016 in Sheyang County People’ s Hospital,which were divided into control group and observation group,45 cases in each group. The control group was given colloidal shells antibacterial mouthwash,observation group was given metronidazole sustained release membrane,both groups were treated for 1 week. The periodontitis symptoms scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the recurrence of periodontitis after the treatment of 6,12 months were compared. Results Before treatment,no statistically significant of the total scores of periodontitis symptoms was found between the two groups（ P 〉 0. 05）,after treatment,the total scores of periodontitis symptoms of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group（ P 〈0. 05）. After the treatment of 6,12 months,the recurrence rate of observation group was significantly lower than control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Metronidazole sustained release membrane has an obviously clinical effect in treating periodontitis,it can effectvely improve periodontitis symptoms of patients,and help preventing the recurrence of periodontitis.
