摘　　要：本文以沧州医学高等专科学校选修课开设实际情况为例,从完善选修课体系、选课与授课、选修课程考核、选修课课程管理等方面探讨医学类高职院校选修课程体系构建,以及提升医学高职院校整体教学水平、解决现有医学高职院校选修课存在问题和提高人才培养质量的有效途径。Taking the actual situation of elective courses of Cangzhou Medical College as an example, this paper dis- cusses the building of elective course system of medical higher vocational colleges and effective ways to improve the overall teaching level of medical vocational colleges, solve the existing problems in elective courses of higher vocational colleges and improve the quality of talent cultivation, from perfect elective course system, choosing courses and teach- ing and the examine and assessment of elective courses.
