白血病患者血小板凋亡蛋白Bax、Caspase-3表达的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨白血病患者血小板凋亡蛋白Bax、Caspase-3表达情况。方法采集自2015年1月~2017年年1月我院收治的60例白血病患者作为研究对象,同时选取同期的60例健康体检者作为对照组。探讨两组患者血小板凋亡蛋白Bax、Caspase-3表达情况。结果与对照组相比,试验组PLT水平降低(P<0.05),PDW水平升高(P<0.05),MPV水平升高(P<0.05)。试验组Bax m RNA相对表达量升高(P<0.05),Caspase-3 m RNA相对表达量升高义(P<0.05)。试验组Bax蛋白相对表达量升高(P<0.05),Caspase-3蛋白相对表达量升高(P<0.05)。结论白血病患者的血小板功能低下,并且存在血小板凋亡现象,血小板凋亡可能Bax、caspase-3表达升高有关。检测白血病患者的血小板相关指标水平变化,对临床上白血病患者病情的评估具有重要意义。Objective To study the expressions of Bax and Caspase-3 proteins in platelets in leukemia patients. Methods 60 cases patients with leukemia in our hospital from 2015 January to 2017 January were analyzed. Another 60 normal persons were chose to be control group. The expressions of Bax and Caspase-3 proteins in platelets in leukemia patients were evaluated in two groups. Results Compared with the normal control group the levels of PLT in experiment group were obviously lower （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, PDWwere obviously higher（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. MPVwere obviously higher（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Compared with the normal control group, the levels of Bax mRNA in experiment group were obviously higher （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, the levels of caspase- 3 mRNA were obviously higher（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Compared with the normal control group, the levels of Bax proteins in experiment group were obviously higher（ P 〈 O. 05 ）, the levels of easpase- 3 proteins, were obviously higher （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion Leukemia patients have low platelets functions, and have low platelets apoptosis. Platelets apoptosis may be with the relevant of the higher expressions of Bax and Caspase-3 proteins. Detecting the levels of platelets indicators is important for evaluating the leukemia disease.
