摘 要:阐述了自制磁致伸缩作动器的设计原理,通过对拉索轴向刚度测量实验,得到了拉索轴向刚度,通过磁致伸缩作动器综合实验和力学性能研究,得到作动器激励电压与位移时程,进而得到作动器激励电压与输出力时程,最后运用最小二乘法拟合得到了激励电压与输出力之间的函数关系,即力-磁关系.研究表明:在拉索模型下,通过拉索的刚度和位移得到的作动器力磁关系更准确.The design principle of the homemade magnetostrictive actuator is introduced in the paper. The cable axial stiffness is obtained through the cable axial stiffness measurement experiment. The comprehensive experiment and force performance research of the actuator are carried out, which indicates the time history between the excitation voltage and displacement of the actuator.Then the time history between the excitation voltage and the output force of the actuator is obtained. At last, the functional relationship between the excitation voltage and the output force of the actuator is fitted with the least square method,also called magneto-mechanical relationship. Research shows that the magneto-mechanical relationship of the actuator which is obtained by the cable axial stiffness and displacement is more accurate under the cable model.
