黏蛋白分泌激动剂在干眼治疗中的研究进展

摘　　要：黏蛋白是泪膜的重要成分,参与维持眼表湿润的屏障功能。黏蛋白缺乏可导致泪膜不稳定,引起或加重干眼以及眼表损害。黏蛋白分泌激动剂又称黏膜保护剂,是一类治疗干眼的新型药物,主要包括2%瑞巴派特混悬滴眼液和0.3%吉法酯。此类药物主要通过增加黏蛋白的表达与分泌而改善泪膜的稳定性,加速眼表损伤的修复,同时还具有显著的抑制炎症作用。本文就近年来黏蛋白分泌激动剂治疗干眼及相关眼表疾病的作用机制、临床应用与安全性等研究进展做一综述。Mucin is the major component of the tear film. They form a hydrophilic barrier for protection and lubrication of the eye. Mucin deficiency can lead to tear film instability, dry eye and ocular surface damage. Mucin secretion agonist, also called mucosal protective agent （including 2% rebamipide ophthalmic suspension and 0.3% gefarnate）, is a novel drug for the treatment of dry eye. They can increase the ocular surface mucin expression and production, improve the symptoms and signs of dry eye and accelerate the ocular surface injury repair, and inhibit the inflammation. The recent advance in the mechanism, clinical application and safety of mucin secretion agonists for the treatment of dry eye were reviewed.
