摘　　要：高职毕业生自主创业离不开创业激励政策。根据当前河北省高职毕业生的创业形势,发现创业激励政策还存在扶植力度有待加强、审批手续过于繁琐、缺乏统一有效管理等问题。应制定针对高职毕业生的创业激励政策,加大资金、场地、优惠政策等方面的扶植力度,加强管理、简化手续并加大监督力度,学校对学生加强创业指导和政策宣传,以提升高职毕业生的创业质量。Hebei province encourages vocational college students with entrepreneurship incentives,but researchers have found that the policy is much too complicated in examination and approval.Therefore,this paper argues for the formulation of efficient policies,increasing the supportive strength of capital and sites,besides supervising management and simplifying procedures.Vocational colleges need to strengthen their career guidance and policy propaganda.
