飞秒激光辅助超声乳化术与常规超声乳化术术后干眼的比较

摘　　要：目的比较飞秒激光辅助超声乳化术与常规超声乳化术后干眼的情况。方法前瞻性研究。人选61例（106眼）。其中34例（52眼）为飞秒激光辅助晶状体超声乳化术，27例（54眼）为常规晶状体超声乳化术。以眼表综合分析仪检测术前、术后1周及术后1个月泪膜破裂时间及下方中央泪河高度，分别对不同时间两组问参数进行比较。结果术后1周及1个月泪膜破裂时间及下方中央泪河高度每组组内均低于术前水平（P〈0．05）；术前、术后1周及术后1个月泪膜破裂时间两组之间差异均无统计学意义（P〉0．05），术前及术后1周下方中央泪河高度差异两组之间均无统计学意义（P〉0．05），术后1个月飞秒组下方中央泪河高度显著大于常规组，差异有统计学意义（P=0．015）。结论飞秒激光辅助超声乳化术与常规超声乳化术后均有干眼，但飞秒激光辅助超声乳化术恢复较快。Objective To compare the postoperative dry eye status between femtosecond laser assisted phacoemulsification and conventional phacoemulsification. Methods It was a prospective study. A total of 106 eyes of 61 patients were collected and they were divided into 2 groups. Group 1：52 eyes of 34 patients were performed with femtosecond laser assisted phacoemulsification. And group 2：54 eyes of 27 patients were performed with conventional phacoemulsification. The tear film break up time （BUT） and inferior tear meniscus height （TMH） were examined with keratograph before , 1 week and 1 month after surgery. The parameters were compared at different time between the two groups. Results The BUT and TMH of two groups at 1 week and 1 month after surgery were lower than those before operation （P 〈 0.05 ）. The difference was not significant in BUT between the two groups before operation, 1 week and 1 month after operation （P 〉 0.05）. At 1 month after surgery, the TMH in group 1 was significantly higher than that in group 2, the difference was statistically significant （P = 0. 015 ）. Conclusion Postoperative dry eye is found after the two surgeries, but dry eye after femtosecond laser assisted phacoemulsification has been restored more rapidly.
