援非洲光明行白内障手术疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析援非洲光明行白内障手术的疗效及安全性。方法对2016年5月至6月援喀麦隆光明行实施超声乳化或小切口晶状体囊外摘出人工晶状体植入术240例（280眼）的疗效及安全性进行分析。结果随访3～6个月，无眼内炎、大泡性角膜病变、囊样黄斑水肿、网脱或后囊浑浊等严重并发。术后1-3d脱盲率98．21％，脱残率83．93％。视力I〉0．5者占72．50％；随访末期视力≥0．5者266眼，占95．00％，0．05～0．25者8眼，占2．97％。术后低视力的主要原因是眼底病变。结论援非洲光明行实行白内障大规模集中手术，疗效尚好，酌情采取超声乳化和手法小切口术式，安全可靠。Objective To analyze the safety and efficacy of cataract surgery during the international aid to African ＂ Brightness Action＂. Methods The data of 280 eyes of 240 cases with cataract were collected during international aid to Cameroon ＂Brightness Action＂ from May 2016 to Jun. 2016. They underwent phacoemulsification or small incision cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation. Results Followed up for 3 to 6 months, no endophthalmia, bullous keratopathy or other serious complication occurred after surgery. No cystoids macular edema, retinal detachment or secondary opacification of the posterior capsule happened. At 1-3 days postoperatively, the visual recovery rate was 98.21% and the visual acuity recovered from disability occupyed for 83.93%. The visual acuity at 1-3 days after surgery was 90.5 in 203 eyes （72.50%）. At the end of the follow-up, the visual acuity was 90.5 in 266 eyes（95.00% ）, 0.05-0.25 in 8 eyes （2.97%）. The main cause of low vision after surgery was ocular fundus disease. Conclusion The operation of large-scale cataract rescue operation during the international aid to ＂Brightness Action＂ is effective, the treatment is selected by phacoemulsification and small incision manual operation, the safety is reliable.
