摘　　要：慢性肛裂是一种常见的肛肠疾病。临床上可通过注射A型肉毒素以松弛痉挛的括约肌，促进裂创的愈合。近年来国内外通过注射A型肉毒素对比或联合应用其他药物或手术治疗慢性肛裂的研究逐渐增多。本文对A型肉毒素治疗慢性肛裂的现况及存在的问题进行综述，以期对慢性肛裂的合理治疗提供参考。Chronic anal fissure is a common anorectal disease, which is usually treated by botulinum toxin A to relieve sphincter spasm and promote healing. Botulinum toxin A combined other drugs or surgical operations treating chronic anal fissure has been proved effective in clinical practice. This paper reviewed advances and problems of botulinum toxin A in treatment of chronic anal fissure.
