摘　　要：实验用羊是生物科学研究和医药生产检定中常用的实验用动物,目前尚无相应的微生物学质量控制标准。本文采取文献分析法和改良德尔菲专家咨询法,研究实验用羊微生物学质量控制的病原微生物种类以及检测规则,探索建立实验用羊微生物学等级及监测北京市地方标准,以期为北京市实验用羊的生产与使用单位在控制实验用羊的微生物学质量方面提供参考。Experimental sheep and goat are commonly used animals in biological research and medical production test and there is no corresponding microbiological quality control standards now.This study focuses on pathogenic microorganism species and related detection rules in the microbiological quality control on experimental sheep and goat,it aims to explore and establish the microbiology classification and the local monitoring standards in Beijing for sheep and goat by using literature analysis and modified Delphymethod.Therefore,the study will provide a reference for the microbiological quality control in local production and use of experimental sheep and goat in Beijing.
