摘　　要：痛风病动物模型是生物医学研究中所建立的可模拟人类痛风病特征的动物实验对象和材料。通过对痛风病动物模型的研究,有利于更全面深刻地认识人类痛风病的发生、发展规律和制定防治措施。笔者就其造模动物的选择及高尿酸血症动物模型、急性痛风关节炎动物模型两种痛风病动物模型的研究进展进行了系统的介绍和讨论,为认识痛风病的发病机制及防治提供借鉴。Gout animal models in biomedical research are experimental animal objects and material which are established to simulate human diabetic features.By studying of gout animal models,it’s helpful to recognize the occurrence and developing rule of human diabetes,and then to the forming of prevention and cure method.In this paper,the research development of various types of gout animal models and the choice of modeling animals were presented and discussed systematically.
